Soothing Rhythm Breathing

This 16 minute ‘soothing rhythm breathing’ exercise follows on from the ‘Mindful Attention session’.  Having focussed your mind on your breath, you can develop this further by establishing a calm, soothing breathing pattern, and continue to practise and build on your self-compassion skills.
