This term started with a ‘Reconnect walk’ at Snelsmore Common. A small group of students and trainers spent a lovely two hours together. The purpose of the walk was to: Connect with others, Reconnect with nature and ourselves. We enjoyed looking closely at nature and even saw a small colony of newts. Cath read some relevant poems, we all benefited from some breathing exercises and stood feeling the breeze on our face and the sound of the leaves in the wind. We looked closely at tree roots, had some fun discussions and ended feeling connected, calm in ourselves and at one with nature. Join us for one of our guided walks…. they really are a treat for mind, body and soul.
