Anxiety is a normal healthy reaction which happens to everyone at times of danger or in worrying situations and will then often improve your performance enabling you to react faster. Sadly anxiety can become a problem when it interferes with your performance or everyday lives. This is when it is necessary to learn how to control or manage it.
