Description
We can all find our thinking becomes distorted when we’re feeling anxious, low, or under excessive pressure. This workshop is designed to explore practical ways of identifying and challenging our negative or unhelpful thinking patterns, and replacing them with more positive and helpful ones. Changing the way we think can help us regain perspective, and can be a powerful tool in the ongoing management of our mental health and wellbeing.
Please bring your ideas, paper and a pen for making notes.
