This review of our ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ course will remind us of the 5 themes and how you and your fellow students have used them. We will also be considering how we can further develop these areas and finally, learn about possible new opportunities. Embedding the Five ways to Wellbeing in your life takes time and practice. Come along and remind yourself of the benefits.
This course is for anyone who has completed the Five Ways to Wellbeing course.
