This 2-week workshop will explore ideas of how to start and maintain a journal as a tool for recovery and wellbeing. In the first session we will look at the benefits and different forms it can take so that you can get started and in the second session, 2 weeks later, we can review how this process has gone. Please watch the nano-course on the website (under tips and tools) as an introduction to the subject
