Everybody has their different ways of keeping themselves well, so we thought it would be useful to collect these various ideas together in this workshop and see if we can all learn something from each other. Recovery in Mind have a number of different courses looking at this area for example: ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ and ‘WRAP’ (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), but as individuals you will have developed more ideas that are relevant to you too.
Please bring your ideas, paper and a pen for making notes, and refreshments for yourself.
