Description
The last few years have presented challenges for us all, and the ability to build resilience in our own lives to enable us to cope with the challenges that come our way and move forward positively is vitally important. This 4-week course has been developed by the whole Recovery in Mind team, and we’ll be looking together at 6 key areas to enable us to ‘bounce back’ from our challenges and setbacks so that we can ‘bounce forward’.
