Reconnect Walk at Thatcham Lakes
Join Angela & Lorraine at Thatcham Lakes for a slow leisurely walk-through nature, stopping regularly to be in the moment and take notice. A chance to reconnect with Recovery in Mind and other students after the summer break - embracing Autumn and new beginnings.
Please wear suitable footwear and dress for the weather of the day. At the end of the session we will reflect on the experience. There is free parking plus toilets and a cafe on-site too.

Painting Together
Join in with Sarah and other students on a collaborative painting project. All materials provided but please bring an old shirt or apron.

Festive Fun Student Social
Join Angela and the Recovery in Mind team for some 'Festive Fun' at the end of term social. There will be games, hot drinks and mince pies. So put on a Christmas jumper if you have one or wear festive colours and add a bit of sparkle to come and join in with the team and other students.
